Your use of this site is governed by the Terms and Conditions.  By making a purchase or placing an order you signify your acceptance of the conditions set forth below. Please take a moment to read through our terms thoroughly. Artista Gallery, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment may be made by Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Company Check, Master Card, Visa Card, Discover Card or American Express Card.


LIMITED WARRANTY

Artista Gallery, Inc. warrants that its products are free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase by the original consumer.  All Naugahyde, Seaquest and Cracked Ice vinyl products meet all commercial indoor use requirements and are suitable for UK and EU import.

All Classic Diner chair frames have a lifetime warranty (not including the finish) to the original purchaser.

The company will, in the event of a defect, repair or replace the product at its option. The consumer may be asked to deliver the defective product to the location specified by Artista Gallery, Inc. and request service within the warranty period. Replacement components may be sent to the consumer.

Any commercial or excessive use is at the sole risk of the user. Artista Gallery, Inc. does not assume nor authorize anyone to assume for it any other obligations or liability in connection with its products. The company disclaims any other warranties expressed or implied, in fact or by law, and of any other obligation or liability whatsoever.

SHIPPING SERVICES OFFERED

·         Artista Gallery, Inc. offers premium shipping services provided by a variety of carriers.

·         Actual 60% discounted shipping charges on line-haul shipping will be charged to the purchaser. Curb-side delivery is standard. Additional charges apply for residential inside deliveries.

·         Upon request, an estimated shipping amount will be quoted at the time your order is placed.  You may lock in this estimate by paying for the shipping at the time your order is placed.

·         For orders of chairs or stool only, Ground carrier shipping is provided at actual cost.


WRONG, MISSING OR DAMAGED - RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within one week of order placement however; all credit card orders will be charged processing fees equal to 6% of the total amount charged.  There is no charge for cancelling orders paid by check.  Once delivery is made, all sales are final and there are no returns.


JURISDICTION

Artista Gallery, Inc. is a Georgia corporation and you agree that any legal action brought against Artista Gallery, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law principles. Additionally, you agree that any and all disagreements arising from your use of or orders placed through NewRetroDining.com will be adjudicated in the county of Houston, Georgia by an appropriate federal or state court.
